About The Position

We're Hiring! Team Lead – Warehouse Household Items (Sorter III) Donations Redistribution Center – Household Items Department 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $19/hr (Weekend Availability) Are you the kind of leader who can turn a busy warehouse into a well‑oiled, mission-driven machine? Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead (Sorter III) to help keep our mission moving forward. What You’ll Do As a Team Lead, you’ll be the energy and momentum behind your department.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of warehouse or retail production experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Knowledge of sorting, clothing categories, or warehouse processes
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• A passion for our Mission and Vision

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior leadership experience a plus
