Team Lead- Hose Assembly
About The Position

The Team Lead will assist the supervisor in making sure that hose assembly is flowing smoothly and will help to keep all team members on task RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be proficient in all hose assembly requirements. Will help the Supervisor set the standard of an accident free, zero defects and efficient workplace. Will perform any other tasks required by the supervisor or management. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have strong computer and analytical skills. Experience with Demand Flow, Access and Excel are preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Gates Employee; Good Attendance and Discipline Record Willingness to Learn Winning attitude Must be proficient in hose assembly CMS proficient - Ability to lead a team and be accountable LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be able to perform the job of the Supervisor when this person is away for any reason. Lead team and schedule workloads to meet expected metrics of safety quality delivery and cost. Conduct team information /continuous improvement meetings.
