Gates Corporation, formerly Atlas Hydraulics, is growing and we are hiring for 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd shift Hydraulic Hose Assembly Operators in Newton, Iowa. Competitive pay and benefits. OVERVIEW: We are hiring Hydraulic Hose Assembly Operators . Operators work together to provide maximum efficiency and quality possible from the equipment. Job duties include performing assembly tasks utilizing assembly tools. Operators work as a team supporting the safety, productivity, and delivery of goals.

Requirements

Physical requirements require regular lifting, pushing, standing and pulling of product.
Basic skill training for this position will be provided and measured.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime.
Good communication skills
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines while maintaining a safe working environment and producing high quality product on-time
Must be a team-oriented individual who understand and supports the team approach to manufacturing
Able to carry out written instructions
Basic math and measurement skills is required
