The Role We’re looking for a Team Leader who’s ready to take the next step—someone who loves fashion and people, and is excited to help lead a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment. In this role, you’ll do everything our buyers do plus help guide the evening-shift team, keep the floor running smoothly, and support store performance. You’ll be a go-to person for questions, coaching, and keeping the energy high.

Requirements

  • Have retail or customer service experience (leadership is a plus!)
  • Naturally take initiative and enjoy helping others succeed

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Floor
  • Act as a shift leader and point person during your scheduled hours
  • Help keep the team focused, supported, and on track
  • Jump in wherever needed and lead by example
  • Curate Inventory
  • Evaluate incoming items and select pieces that meet our standards
  • Stay on top of trends and help maintain a strong, sellable mix
  • Price with Confidence
  • Accurately price items based on brand, condition, and demand
  • Support consistency across the buying team
  • Create a Great Shopping Experience
  • Keep the store looking fresh, organized, and exciting
  • Help guide merchandising and floor flow
  • Coach & Support the Team
  • Assist with training new hires and reinforcing expectations
  • Provide real-time feedback and encouragement
  • Help maintain a positive, respectful team culture
  • Support Operations & Reporting
  • Help track daily performance (buying, sales, productivity)
  • Communicate wins, challenges, and opportunities to management
  • Assist with opening/closing duties and operational checklists
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
  • Help customers buy, sell, and shop with confidence
  • Step in to handle questions or concerns when needed
