Newfront’s Emerging Risk Unit (ERU) is a dedicated brokerage and client-service practice built for fast-moving, venture-backed and other innovation-driven businesses that face new or rapidly evolving exposures. This position is responsible for successfully implementing and growing the ERU vision. They will drive innovation and efficiency within the practice through the enhanced use and adoption of technology, processes, and organizational alignment. This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role. May require seasonal or intermittent traveling to visit clients, prospects and insurers. This is a US-hybrid or remote role. Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location.
