Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Door-to-door (D2D) or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: A goal-oriented mindset and the drive to succeed.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber optics industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Driving License
  • Transportation ability, sometimes travel up to 5 hours is needed
  • Good working phone or iPad with cellular ability
