Responsibilities Support the Sales Team with Various Functions including: Ad Hoc support of digital assets Item creation and maintenance Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation Gain Basic understanding of Scintilla & Yipit Purchase, package, and deliver product samples to clients and partners Maintain an organized office environment, including inventory management Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times Support the Customer Service team by: Maintaining copies of owner’s manuals Understanding inventory positions and timelines Responding to requests Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars Collaborate with team members on projects and cross-functional initiatives Handle additional office duties as needed to support overall operations Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours #GSIU #GSIU
