About The Position

The Team Administrator- MLS plays a critical role in supporting the daily administrative duties and operational needs of the New England Revolution, with a primary focus on team travel. This position works closely with soccer operations, players and coaches and other various team staff to ensure seamless execution of logistics and compliance with league requirements. This role requires a high level of organization and attentiveness to detail considering the vast scope of the position along with strong communication and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant administrative or operations experience
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Ability to travel and work nights/weekends as required
  • Knowledge and passion of soccer preferred
  • Professional, dependable, and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate all travel logistics for Revolution players and staff including flights, hotels, ground transportation, meals, and training needs.
  • Assist with relocation process, housing, vehicle arrangements, reimbursements, and onboarding for players and staff.
  • Organize travel documents, required HR paperwork, individual and club reimbursements, and registration requirements for players and coaches.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of training sessions, including field usage, equipment needs, security, and stadium operations both in and out of market.
  • Provide administrative support for immigration-related tasks with oversight from the Director of Team Administration and Matchday Operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for MLS communications and the Club on relevant issues that arise.
  • Assist with preparations and operations for competitions such as the US Open Cup, Concacaf Champions Cup, Leagues Cup, and other special events.
  • Contribute to team policy and process improvements in coordination with the Sporting team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with league office, travel partners, and other key stakeholders to support team operations.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
