About The Position
The Smeal College of Business Management & Organization Department is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant (TA) for MGMT 355: Leadership and Change in Organizations with Professor Jennifer Eury. The TA will be primarily responsible for running study sessions, which include: Assist with grading assignments Assist with administrative aspects of the course Respond to student questions, as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with computers (e.g., browser navigation, data entry, troubleshooting)
