The Chemistry Department has a continuing need for qualified Teaching Assistants to assist with a variety of courses throughout the 2025/2026 academic year. Our needs primarily involve general and organic chemistry laboratories, but there are opportunities that involve other courses, including lecture courses and online courses. Most involve at least a one-semester commitment, but some may involve work for only part of a semester. Qualified applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and contact information for three professional references. Review of applications will be ongoing and reviewed as the need arises. The Pennsylvania State University is committed to and accountable for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability in all of its forms. We embrace individual uniqueness, foster a culture of inclusion that supports both broad and specific diversity initiatives, leverage the educational and institutional benefits of diversity in society and nature, and engage all individuals to help them thrive. We value inclusion as a core strength and an essential element of our public service mission.
