TVR 10700 (sections 01 & 02) Introduction to Television & Studio Production – Professor Lara Hidalgo Lyon The TA will assist students in the proper use of studio equipment—including cameras, pedestals, lights, teleprompter, microphones, video switcher, audio mixer, and graphics—while supporting additional production areas based on your expertise or interest. TVR 10700-03 Introduction to Television & Studio Production – Professor Alex Estabrook The TA will assist with equipment set-up, answer questions, train and troubleshoot during class, and help breakdown equipment at the end of class. TVR 11500-01 Introduction to Television and Film Production - Professor Lara Hidalgo Lyon The TA will assist students with cameras, lighting, audio gear, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro), while supporting production areas based on expertise and fostering an active learning environment. TVR 11500-04 Introduction to Television and Film Production - Professor Steven Gordon The TA will collect and return equipment, assist student teams in classroom exercise and production in collaboration with instructor. TVR 21500-01 TV Series Production – Professor John Scott The TA will help support the camera, lighting, and sound equipment instruction in class. TVR 21600-01 Esports Content Production – Professor Alex Estabrook The TA will assist with hardware and software setup, operations, and will handle breakdown every class period. TVR 23500-01 Editing – Professor John Scott The TA will help students who need extra help during tech demos also to help with student issues during work periods and with tech issues in class as they come up. TVR 31500-01 Television Series Directing – Professor Chrissy Guest The TA will provide with technical and logistics support: Equipment: Assisting with setup, operation, and breakdown of cameras, lighting, and sound gear. Postproduction: organize files and assist with basic editing tasks. Scheduling: Helping create and distribute call sheets, and rehearsal schedules between Co-Lab courses. Communication & Coordinating: Acting as a liaison between classroom assistants from the CO-LAB courses: Acting for the Camera, Production Design, and Location Sound. Provide support in class with on-set etiquette and production roles. Resource Management: Organizing the lab productions, PPECS equipment, photocopying scripts and call sheets.
