About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for an Emotional Regulation Impairment (ERI) Self-Contained Classroom to provide instruction and support to students with unique learning and behavioral needs. The teacher will create a structured, supportive environment that promotes academic growth, emotional regulation, and social skill development. If you are interested in this position and hold the proper NJ Certification, we would like to meet you.

Requirements

• Teacher of Handicapped Certification or Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certification and Teacher of Elementary School K-6
• Exemplary Technology Skills
• Strong understanding of evidence-based instructional strategies for students with emotional regulation impairments
• Ability to collaboratively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Current residency in NJ, approved residency waiver, or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment required; Criminal and Employment Background Clearance required.
