About The Position

Kid Country Childcare is looking for a compassionate, patient, and dependable Teacher’s Aide to support one of our preschoolers in a one-on-one role. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a child’s daily experience and development. 💛 Position Details Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Role: One-on-one support for a 3-year-old child within a classroom setting Environment: You’ll work closely with both the child and our teaching team to create a supportive, successful day ✨ What You’ll Do Provide consistent, nurturing one-on-one support throughout the day Help the child navigate routines, transitions, and classroom activities Collaborate with the classroom teachers to ensure a smooth, inclusive environment Encourage social, emotional, and developmental growth through patience and guidance 🌱 What We’re Looking For A calm, patient, and empathetic individual Someone who is reliable and consistent . This child will depend on you.
