About The Position

Since 1987, Participate Learning has partnered with schools and districts to prepare students for career success through cultural exchange, dual language programs, and global learning. They help students build bilingual fluency, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to apply their learning in real-world settings and any career path. The Teacher Placement Intern will provide integral support to the Account Management and Teacher Placement teams, ensuring the highest likelihood for teacher success and district and school satisfaction.

  • Strong customer service skills with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail

  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Create teacher profile pages to facilitate principal/teacher interviews.
  • Track and update vacancy lists in all partner school districts.
  • Ensure that all principal, school, and district information is up to date in Salesforce.
  • Update accreditation information in Salesforce for all current partner schools.
  • Support existing relationships to ensure Participate Learning remains a preferred vendor.
  • Support the sales strategy, as it relates to teacher placement goals and staffing of dual language and global schools.
  • Perform other duties as required to promote and support teachers and clients.
