Requirements

At least a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with completion of the following courses: Human Growth and Development, Lifespan Development, etc.
1 to 3 years of early childcare experience preferred
Must be comfortable caring for children that are 2.5-3.5 years old
Completed Early Childhood Education level 3 or willing to obtain post hire.
Completed Infant Toddler level 2 certification or willing to obtain post hire.

Responsibilities

Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 2.5- 3.5 years old.
Integrate teaching skills with the values and principles of the faith-based organization
Provide children with a well-rounded and developmentally appropriate educational experience
Support each child’s growth through intentional interactions, care, and guidance
