Requirements

• Arizona Elementary, K-8 Teaching Certificate OR Arizona Middle Grades, 5-9 Teaching Certificate OR Arizona Secondary, 6-12 Teaching Certificate with Middle Grades 5-9 Endorsement
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
