Requirements

• Arizona Elementary Certificate with Art Approved Area OR Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Middle Grades Certificate with Art Approved Area OR Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Secondary Certificate with Art Approved Area OR Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Art Approved Area OR Arizona Arts Education - Art PreK-12 Certificate
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
