About The Position

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Assessment and Data Analytics Administrator Coach supports districts in implementing and improving TIA initiatives by combining leadership coaching, assessment design, and data analysis to ensure accurate student growth measurement and effective local designation systems. This role involves close collaboration with district and campus leaders to enhance assessment practices, ensure accurate student growth measurements, analyze assessment data, and align systems with Enhanced TIA criteria to support strategic compensation and educator retention. Additionally, the Administrator Coach helps coordinate and evaluate district-level assessments to maintain consistent standards, directly contributing to the goals of the TIA Regional Support Grant: increasing district participation, teacher eligibility, implementation success, and retention of TIA-designated teachers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Knowledge of TEA timelines and requirements for TIA data submission, validation, and program implementation
  • Expertise in assessment design and student growth measures aligned to TIA standards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, disaggregate, and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis
  • Experience using assessment platforms such as DMAC, Eduphoria, TFAR, Cambium, or other district-supported systems
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and project management capabilities
  • Understanding of central office structures and district-level implementation processes
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and public relations skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to support strategic planning and Enhanced TIA initiatives
  • Minimum of three years of central office experience (required)
  • Experience in student assessments and data analysis either at the campus or district level (required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and technical assistance to district and campus leaders on the implementation and monitoring of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program, including student growth measures and local designation systems
  • Collaborate with the TIA Data and Research Analyst in the development and refinement of student growth assessments, including third-party measures, and support the organization and use of assessment platforms
  • Assist districts in compiling and submitting TIA data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with state requirements, and support continuous improvement through data validation and analysis
  • Analyze district assessment data (e.g., CBAs, pre/post-tests, benchmarks) to inform instruction, evaluate program effectiveness, and guide improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with the Assessment and Accountability department to provide training and support for campus testing coordinators on the valid administration, scoring, and security of assessments, ensuring practices align with TIA requirements and reliability
  • Develop and update manuals, training materials, and resources to support TIA implementation and educator advancement initiatives
  • Coordinate service requests, training, and communication efforts in collaboration with the TIA team and other ESC departments
  • Assist districts with strategic planning, implementation timelines, and performance reviews to strengthen educator recruitment, retention, and recognition
  • Support districts in aligning systems to meet Enhanced TIA criteria, including strategic compensation planning and performance-based implementation
  • Maintain strong working relationships with district leadership and contribute to marketing and outreach efforts for TIA services
  • Attend professional development and ensure compliance with TEA and ESC guidelines, benchmarks, and reporting requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful implementation of the TIA program at both local and state levels
