Requirements
- Arizona Secondary Certificate with Spanish Approved Area OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Spanish Approved Area
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
