Requirements

• Arizona Secondary Certificate with Earth Science Approved Area OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate with Earth Science Approved Area
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
