About The Position
As a Teacher Aide, your care and interaction with the children helps the teacher to maintain a positive environment for both the children and parents. <MANUAL> Unit/Department Specific Info> RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaching Aide. Assist the teacher in providing a developmentally appropriate program for all children Classroom Management. Help create an environment that supports children’s growth and development; efficiently guide children’s behavior in a positive, age appropriate manner; ensure the safety of the children and promote healthy habits Relationship Development. Maintain a positive relationship with all children and their families; communicate appropriately with families regarding daily activities of the children
