The Marketing Coordinator provides essential support in executing marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth. This role assists with marketing campaigns, sales support activities, and promotional efforts, while ensuring that processes are followed consistently and effectively. The Marketing Coordinator also contributes to business development projects, supplier evaluations, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills for reviewing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in addressing challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, or analytics tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing and sales support procedures, including lead generation, prospect development, and customer follow-up.
  • Create, update, and distribute marketing collateral and promotional items (including digital content, event materials, and swag).
  • Post, monitor, optimize, and report on social media, advertising, and Google activity.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in identifying and maintaining target audience lists and customer profiles for campaigns and outreach.
  • Assist in creating and delivering marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital communications.
  • Support business development efforts through research, project coordination, and supplier reviews.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and provide reporting to leadership.
  • Track and report on sales activity, customer retention, and campaign results.
  • Assist with advertising, promotion, and brand-building activities.
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor invoices, and reporting on marketing expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and customer-facing updates.
  • Support collaboration with external consultants and creative partners by coordinating timelines, providing materials, and ensuring deliverables meet company standards.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
