The TDA Account Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Vaccine Purchasing Group and new member enrollment for Trusted Doctors Alliance. This role ensures accurate member data, smooth onboarding, and timely communication of vaccine pricing and promotions. The ideal candidate has experience in vaccine program management, sales, and can work independently with strong attention to detail.

  • Roster Management: Maintain accurate member lists, update practice details, and verify eligibility for membership enrollment and vaccine purchasing programs.
  • Onboarding: Assist new practices through enrollment, set up accounts, and provide guidance on VPG processes and vendor onboarding.
  • Data Auditing: Regularly review and confirm accuracy of practice information, including contact details and purchase history.
  • Communication: Draft and send updates on vaccine price changes, manufacturer promotions, program announcements, and vendor partnerships.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vaccine manufacturers and distributors to confirm pricing, promotions, and supply updates.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly and quarterly reports on member participation, purchase trends, and cost savings.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and manufacturer requirements.
  • Support: Respond to member inquiries about pricing, ordering, and program benefits.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding, communication, and report workflows.
  • Experience in vaccine purchasing programs, group purchasing organizations, or healthcare supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting progress to leadership.
  • Knowledge of vaccine manufacturers, pricing structures, and healthcare practice operations is a plus.
  • Customer service mindset for supporting member practices.
  • Analytical skills for tracking trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in healthcare purchasing.
