About The Position

This is a technical position responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Transitions to Community Living (TCL) program data. The employee serves as a key member of the TCL team and is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making and program improvement through the production and dissemination of insightful reports and analyses. The TCL Data Analyst will manage the development and maintenance of a comprehensive data collection system, as well as provide training and support to stakeholders on utilizing TCL data and dashboards effectively.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relative to the program area from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of related experience OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven ability to develop and maintain databases for tracking key performance measures.
• Experience with data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Effective collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and gather data requirements.
