As a TBS Specialist, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing behavioral health treatment services to youth with co-occurring behavioral health and developmental disabilities to assist supporting their behavioral health needs and tracking relevant health outcomes. Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) Specialists are primarily community-based, working in residential and community settings, supporting skill development and symptom management, as well as providing service linkage both within Boundless and with outside providers that identify and address behavioral health needs, developmental issues and barriers to care. TBS Specialists will work with individuals, parents/guardians, Boundless staff and outside providers that support treatment and contribute meaningfully to whole health outcome of the individual served.
