About The Position
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Construction, or related area with three years' of directly related experience and one year of experience in a supervisory position. Substitution: Certification from an accredited Career Technical Training School may be substituted for the degree with the required number of years of experience. Knowledge Skills, and Abilities: • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Effective organizational skills • Effective interpersonal skills Licenses or Certificates: • A valid Regular Driver's License required.
