MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Construction, or related area with three years' of directly related experience and one year of experience in a supervisory position. Substitution: Certification from an accredited Career Technical Training School may be substituted for the degree with the required number of years of experience.
