High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Three years of experience in institutional food preparation. NOTE: ï® Related vocational or specialized training highly desirable ï® One year experience in supervision of institutional food services activities desired. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: ï® Effective verbal and written communication skills ï® Effective organizational skills ï® Effective interpersonal skills ï® Must be able to read, understand and carry out written instructions Licenses or Certificates: ï® A valid Regular Driver License is required. ï® SERV Safe Certification required
