About The Position

TaylorMED MRI is an up and coming outpatient medical imaging company dedicated to serving the needs of the Utah community by offering affordable cash based MRI imaging services. We pride ourselves on excellent quality and customer service. We encourage candidates that are bilingual in English and Spanish to apply Anticipated schedule: (subject to change) +PRN opportunities Wednesdays: 5:00-8:30 PM Every Other Saturday 12:00-3:30 PM We are seeking to expand our team with a professional and friendly Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office environment.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a medical office or clerical role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Good communication skills and
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the public and other medical professionals with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Reliability

Responsibilities

  • Be available for shifts that begin as early as 7:30 AM or end as late as 8:30 PM
  • Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a welcoming environment
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized at all times
  • Provide clerical support including typing, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence, including emails
  • Process medical orders
  • Schedule medical appointments
  • Update medical charts
  • Screen patients for MRI Safety
  • Receive payment and Issue invoices/Superbills
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with medical providers
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Provide support to other administrative staff as needed
  • Complete all other assigned task
