We’re seeking a Transitional Age Youth Specialist for our MIKID TAY Program, which supports youth aged 13 to 25, especially those in foster care, DDD, and Title 19 programs. This role involves providing one-on-one support, helping with essential life skills like budgeting and job readiness, collaborating with community partners, conducting assessments, and leading workshops.

Requirements

• high school diploma or GED
• at least one year of experience with youth
• knowledge of child welfare or developmental disabilities services
• Strong communication
• organizational skills
• a compassionate, team-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• a current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance
• a valid Arizona Driver’s License
• business-use vehicle insurance

Nice To Haves

• prior experience in the behavioral health field
• demonstrate bilingualism
