The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax law and regulations, as well as the ability to communicate complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• CPA license or ability to obtain one within one year of employment
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax consulting
• Strong understanding of tax law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Providing tax advice and guidance to clients on a variety of tax issues
• Resolving tax disputes with the IRS and state taxing authorities
• Managing client relationships and providing ongoing tax services
