About The Position

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented May 2026 graduates to join our growing tax team as Entry-Level Tax Preparers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in public accounting and gain hands-on experience in tax preparation and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (expected graduation: May 2026)
• Basic knowledge of tax concepts and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during next tax season

Nice To Haves

• Internship or coursework related to taxation are welcome
• Familiarity with tax software and Quickbooks
• Interest in pursuing CPA or other professional certifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and basic business tax returns (Forms 1040 and related schedules)
• Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and organization of client financial records
• Support senior staff with tax filings and compliance processes
• Conduct basic tax research under supervision
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state tax regulations
