Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, college tax course is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Excel
- Commitment to a team environment
- Superior communication skills both oral and written
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of federal and states tax return workpapers
- Reconcile the fixed asset roll-forward schedule and ensure the calculations comply with relevant regulations
- Participate in quarterly financial data analysis, data collection, and assist with the payment process
- Work on miscellaneous filing requirements and organize data
- Assist in calculation E&P, Section foreign exchange gains (losses), GILTI, expense apportionment and allocation, ECI, Subpart F Income
- Assist in addressing a wide array of international tax concerns, including international tax compliance and reporting projects
- Reconciliation of the local trial balance with the ERP (BPC) data
- Analysis of the existing chart of accounts
- Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.
