Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, college tax course is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Commitment to a team environment
  • Superior communication skills both oral and written

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of federal and states tax return workpapers
  • Reconcile the fixed asset roll-forward schedule and ensure the calculations comply with relevant regulations
  • Participate in quarterly financial data analysis, data collection, and assist with the payment process
  • Work on miscellaneous filing requirements and organize data
  • Assist in calculation E&P, Section foreign exchange gains (losses), GILTI, expense apportionment and allocation, ECI, Subpart F Income
  • Assist in addressing a wide array of international tax concerns, including international tax compliance and reporting projects
  • Reconciliation of the local trial balance with the ERP (BPC) data
  • Analysis of the existing chart of accounts
  • Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.
