About The Position

The firm is seeking a Tax Growth Solutions Leader to design, package, and integrate tax and advisory offerings into market-aligned solutions, partnering closely with executive leadership to enable revenue growth, client centricity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years in consulting or advisory services, including at least 10 years in solution packaging, cross-functional collaboration, and market segmentation.
  • Proven success aligning service lines into revenue-generating, client-centric solution bundles.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities across varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated influence, leadership, and change-management capabilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to generate new ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design frameworks to bundle tax and advisory services into cohesive, market-relevant solutions.
  • Partner with regional, strategic, and industry leaders to identify high-impact solution combinations aligned to client segmentation models.
  • Build segmentation models that guide solution packaging by industry, size, and strategic needs.
  • Develop process models for packaged solution sets across tax offerings.
  • Lead collaboration across service line and industry leaders to create integrated solution sets.
  • Assess existing services to create solution attachment points across audit, tax, and advisory with industry alignment.
  • Define and track KPIs for solution adoption, segment penetration, and cross-sell effectiveness.
  • Build and launch new tax and tax-plus-advisory offerings through an external-to-internal innovation approach.
  • Create process flow models for offering vetting, resourcing, alignment, and approvals.
  • Partner with growth operations and knowledge teams to analyze trends and monitor emerging opportunities.
  • Integrate voice-of-customer feedback into new offering development.
  • Develop internal enablement materials that explain solution bundles and segmentation strategies.
  • Partner with marketing and L&D to deliver consistent messaging and training on packaged offerings.
