About The Position

Global business management firm is seeking a temporary Tax Coordinator out of their Westwood office. Responsibilities: Process extensions along with any payments due for said extension. Prioritize and organize all tax returns submitted for processing to ensure timely completion by coordinating assembly workflow, processes, and delivery of all returns. Send out any paper filings; manage e - signatures. E-File tax returns and monitor acceptances and/or rejections. Process tax payment requests and obtain payment confirmations. Create and manage due dates and projects in CCH Axcess Workflow (XCM); generating reports to accurately maintain the database. Manage the filing of supporting documentation, final tax returns, signed eFile authorizations and eFile acceptances/rejections. Process new clients/matters adds/exits in XCM. Provide administrative support as needed, such as coordinating meetings, ordering meals, drafting professional correspondence, requested billing, distribute department mail, and all forms of mailings for the management team. Execute ad hoc tasks and projects as needed by leadership. IND-1
