Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Proficient in MS Office programs

Nice To Haves

Experience in tax compliance, including prior work with property tax, sales/use tax, or income tax

Responsibilities

Assist with tax services including planning, research, and property tax compliance
Prepare and assemble property tax returns, and tax bills for mailing and storage
Process tax notices and tax bills using property tax software
Correspond with clients and governmental agencies
Monitor project/returns deadlines
Frequent daily contact with Partners and administrative staff in assessing project status and problems encountered
Participate in training for property tax software
Seek opportunities to provide additional services to clients
Provide creativity in evaluating tax service procedures and recommend improvements in those areas
Perform other duties as requested or assigned
