The Tax Administrator provides operational, administrative, and workflow support to the Tax and Client Service teams at Stevens Foster. This role supports tax-season processing, organizes and tracks client information, prepares and distributes tax organizers, handles e-filing and tax correspondence, and supports year-round documentation needs. The position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate records, timely filings, and consistent communication across all client interactions during and outside of tax season. As part of Stevens Foster’s integrated wealth management model, the Tax Administrator collaborates closely with Tax, Planners, and Client Account Managers. The role emphasizes precision, organization, responsiveness, and dependable follow-through—qualities essential to delivering the firm’s high-touch, relationship-centered service experience.
