About The Position

The tax department is seeking an entry-level or experienced Tax Administrator for its corporate tax operations based in Lenexa, Kansas. The role involves providing essential administrative support to the tax department, focusing on managing property tax, filing, documentation, and maintaining reporting spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in administrative support tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in tax and accounting.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with property tax is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurately prepare property tax documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable procedures.
  • Support the tax department with daily operations and responsibilities.
