Tax Accountant
About The Position
Camping World is looking for a Tax Accountant. Essential Job Functions: Monitor and maintain LP gas licenses and employee certifications for multiple states Research vendor payments for possible reporting on Form 1099 Prepare and submit 1099 filing to IRS at year end Prepare sales tax returns for multiple states Requires the ability to work independently on complex issues Assist in tax department projects as needed Facilitates good communication with federal and state authorities Essential Job Skills: Prefer 3 - 5 years of experience with accounting and/or tax compliance Experience with multi-state property tax compliance preferred Four-year college degree with a major in accounting preferred or equivalent experience. Experience with Oracle ERP preferred Experience with Vertex O series and Vertex Indirect Returns preferred
