Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Seventy Six’s “We Win Heart Service” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Seventy Six’s Service Standards at all times. Ensure that all guest feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures. Make employment and termination decisions consistent with Seventy Six’s guidelines. Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards. Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed. Effectively monitor costs, safeguard food, and liquor inventory. Place supply orders, liquor, small wares, paper goods and office supplies. Daily Coach train and mentor all employees.
