About The Position

This role is fully remote, with a rotation of 30 days on property followed by 7 days at home! What You Will Do: Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of engineers while living out Atrium’s Core Values. Keep the hotel running like a well-oiled machine—literally—by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Build smart budgets and partner on Capital projects that balance guest satisfaction with financial strategy. Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols because protecting our people is non-negotiable. Oversee preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory so your team can focus on solutions, not searching for tools. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of engineering experience – Because solving HVAC mysteries takes more than just duct tape. Leadership background – You’ve built high-performing teams and know how to coach with accountability. Capital planning savvy – You know when to repair, when to replace, and how to plan for both. Tech competence – Familiarity with CMMS systems, Microsoft Suite, and web-based tools helps you stay ahead. 100% travel availability – You’ll be on the move, 30 days on and 7 days off, providing face-to-face support to hotel teams across the country.
