About The Position

Intelligent Waves is seeking a Task Order Team Lead to support U.S. Air Force mission success by overseeing daily HNC-TO operations and ensuring all functional sections, including IT Requirements, Quality Control, IT Solutions, IT Project Management, AIM, Cyber Security Liaison, and support centers (CSC, NSC, SSC), work cohesively to meet mission requirements.
This role provides strategic oversight, drives process improvement, ensures SDS and cybersecurity compliance, manages resources, and delivers performance reporting to the COR. The Team Lead also mentors personnel and promotes high-quality customer service in alignment with contractual and organizational standards.
This position is contingent upon final contract and funding approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8140-approved and registered IAT Level II baseline certification required; Security+ CE preferred.
• Proven experience managing IT service delivery, ideally within a government contracting setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management methodologies and frameworks supporting complex IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day team management, fostering collaborative problem-solving, operational accountability, and mission-focused execution.
• Oversee IT operations supporting NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and TS-level environments, ensuring reliable service delivery across classified and unclassified networks.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, program leadership, and Government customers.
• Manage IT service delivery using ITSM tools and ticketing systems, ensuring compliance, responsiveness, and continuous process optimization.
• Ensure system configuration, administration, and cybersecurity practices align with DoD directives, STIG requirements, and applicable security standards.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and develop improvement strategies that enhance efficiency, service quality, and mission outcomes.
