Martek Global Services, Inc. (“Martek”) is working a proposal with the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Policy and Acquisition Support Services. We are currently looking for an Task Order Manager (Project Manager / SME) with the required specialized training and experience outlined below. Responsibilities & Duties The Task Order Manager (Project Manager / SME) serves as the primary point of contact and overall lead for task order execution. Provides strategic oversight, coordination, and communication across all task areas. Act as primary liaison between Government and contractor team Oversee all task order activities including cost, schedule, and performance Prepare and deliver monthly status reports and executive briefings Manage staffing, workload distribution, and quality control Coordinate development of presentations, reports, and briefing materials Ensure compliance with contract requirements and performance standards Lead meetings, stakeholder engagements, and interchange sessions Maintain version control and documentation for deliverables
