About The Position

This Orlando-based Task Force Manager position is part of Gulf Coast Hotel Management’s Support Team, supporting hotels throughout the company. Our Task Force/Traveling Managers are responsible for assisting and supporting hotel properties and staff in various ways, including interim management, hotel coverage, training, new hotel openings, special projects and more. The Task Force Manager is responsible for the overall operational results of assigned hotels and for ensuring compliance with company and franchise standards and policies. A primary responsibility is to promote company and franchise values and initiatives. You must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Honesty and integrity must be paramount in all that you do. This role requires extensive travel and prolonged trips. Travel may be up to 90%. Schedule flexibility and the ability to adjust and deploy quickly and regroup on short notice is required. Balance is important so time, trips to home base and other factors related to travel and assignments will be handled on a case-by-case basis. However, reasonable time off, travel schedules, etc. will be fair and will allow for time away from assignments.
