As the Task Force General Manager for Opal Hotels Group, you will be deployed across the portfolio to lead hotel operations, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional guest and team experiences. This role provides hands-on leadership during hotel transitions, leadership gaps, and operational needs. The Task Force General Manager oversees all departments, manages budgets, implements brand and company standards, and partners with corporate leadership on special projects to support operational excellence across the organization. Experience with Marriott, IHG, and Hilton brand standards is required.
