About The Position

The Tariff Audit Data Analyst will facilitate data submission between external stakeholders to the Tariff auditors. The analyst will be able to proactively identify issues using Power BI and Excel and provide clear steps to stakeholders on how to resolve the issue. A successful Tariff Audit Data Analyst is customer focused and able to communicate complicated concepts in a simple manner. The analyst should also be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree required in data analytics, engineering, computer science, operations management, supply chain or related field

• Self-starter with the ability to influence others, working in teams and independently with customers, cohorts, and partners across many different physical locations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, dashboard developer, and tariff auditors to resolve technical issues with the validation tool
• Communicate clearly and concisely via written or verbal media with internal and external stakeholders
• Train and support internal users in the use of self-service tools and dashboards to help the business understand the available data fields and logic
• Prepare documentation and analytical reports that effectively summarize results, assumptions, and conclusion
