About The Position

CADRE is relied upon for delivering superior insight and leadership to solve the nation's most critical national security challenges in the most demanding environments. This Targeting Officer position is located in Northern Virginia with flexible core hours. Key Role: Serve as a specialized Targeting Officer conducting research and analysis on foreign networks to assess intelligence collection and intelligence gaps. Develop Targeting strategies to close intelligence gaps through collaboration with elements within the organization and across the Intelligence Community. Develop expertise in the client's functional missions, including threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence and regional expertise.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with a current full scope polygraph
• 6+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community
• BA or BS degree (or additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree)
• Experience in full-cycle HUMINT operations and reporting
• Knowledge of various collection methods used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic and operational objectives
• Ability to collaborate across various elements within the organization and across the Intelligence Community
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis
• Knowledge of counter threats, counterintelligence, counter proliferation, or regional affairs
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent IC software tools
