Conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information; maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets; identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps; employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints; applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies; mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Requirements

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• Twelve (12) years of experience and an Highschool degree/GED
• OR Ten (10) years of experience and an Associate's Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• OR Eight (8) years of experience and an Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• OR Six (6) years of experience and an Master's Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• OR Four (4) years of experience and an Doctorate Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• United States Citizenship
• Position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Nice To Haves

• Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a Computer Science (CS) major.
