As a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), you will: Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers This requirement requires shift work. Shift Schedule requires arrival between 0445 and 0500 for Day Shift and 1645 and 1700 for night shift - which is required for pass-down with the preceding/following team.

  • Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers
  • Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). Up to 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate degree.
  • Fully cleared with FS Poly
  • Relevant experience with SIGINT and AMOD.
  • Fluent with stored comms and passive resources.
  • Ability to build out assigned target set and identify indicators of compromise organically for new/follow-on development.
  • Versed in tracking lateral movement of target via claimed infrastructure.
  • Well versed in packet analysis.
  • Experience with Machine Learning and AI for focused discovery efforts.
  • Well versed in tradecraft associated with characterization of personas, companies, capabilities, and target networks.
