We will be hosting Open Interview for all Front of House April 6th, April 7th and April 8th. We will reach out closer to the date to communicate times and location The Taproom Host is responsible for providing an amazing first impression to each guest as they enter Big Grove. This is achieved through what we call Relentless Hospitality and our hospitality standards. Our Hosts should have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. As a standard, Front of House new hires start at the taproom host position as it is the starting point to learn the operations of the front.. Opportunities for other Front of House positions form from there and are based on core values, work ethic and KSAs. Big Grove Hospitality Standards 1. You may have more than one primary role. Our FOH roles include: bartender, server, host, merch utility, shift manager, and runner.
