About The Position

This role will is responsible for being an ambassador of the Asahi Beer brand by greeting and serving customers in our taproom. Taproom Bartenders pour beer, take food and drink orders, and support any events in the taproom. Schedule: We are looking for someone with flexibility, but especially the ability to work Sundays. Currently, we have weekday lunch shifts in need of staffing as well as some evening shifts during the week. About Our Team: We are looking for energetic candidates to grow with us at Asahi Beer USA. As we complete our current expansion, we will increase the output of our state-of-the-art production and brewing facilities. Qualified individuals are detail-oriented, collaborative, growth-focused, and self-motivated. Our team is a community; we are open, informal and laid back, but also hard working and respectful of others. You should be as well. Requirements

Beer/food knowledge and/or enthusiasm.
Face to face guest interaction is paramount.
Experience working in fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work long shifts.
Able to lift 35lb cases of beer and move 165lb kegs regularly.
Working outside in hot temperatures during the summer.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Applicants must be 18 years old to pour and serve alcohol, as required by WI law.
